Having a section's worth of instruments at our fingertips leads to our title landmen preparing ownership reports more quickly and efficiently.
Acquisition Due DiligenceOur title team knows to always be on alert to be able to transition into the fast-paced journey of acquisition due diligence out in the field. The team is experienced in reviewing and documenting the seller's contract and lease files in addition to the acre and NRI verification in the courthouse.
Surface Title & ROW AcquisitionWhether we're determining surface ownership of a tract to settle surface damages for a rigsite or working with wind energy companies to certify title, our team is ready to deal with the life above the minerals.
